I have had a great buying experience with your company and I am thrilled to be a homeowner in the West Village.
Jim Peavy and Terry Fogarty were and are both outstanding agents. They answered every question I had and really, really went the extra mile for me especially in assisting me with the transaction on my existing home. Not only were they great to work with, but I also feel I made two great friends in the process.  They represent your company very well, and I only wish I could have had them help me with my first home purchase 8 years ago. I would use them again without question if I ever buy another home (and I would probably just move up the hill to a single-family home just because the buying experience was so great in West Village).

I would also like to take a moment to commend your builder, Chris Olson, for his excellent eye to detail and for just simply being on top of things with the construction of my home. He addressed every concern I had and was always visible on the job site. As with Terry and Jim, Chris was a pleasure to work with and really went the extra mile to make sure the townhome was prepared to my satisfaction on the closing date. He spent a lot of time going over everything with me and answering all of my questions, which was greatly appreciated since this is the first home I have actually built instead of buying "as is."

Again, in these troubled times for real estate it really refreshing to have had such a great experience with these three gentlemen, and I now constantly recommend to friends looking for real estate in the area to contact Jim and Terry. It really is nice to see a group of people who take pride in what they do and have fun doing it as well. I wish more people in my profession would put the efforts into their work as these three men did for me during the purchase of my home.
