We are so pleased with how energy efficient our home is. It’s an EarthCraft house, and it is very well insulated. I can tell a difference in my utility bills, and that’s very important right now with [natural] gas costing so much.

We love the neighborhood. Our home is close to the portal that goes onto the greenway, the pool and the tennis courts. It was nice for us to know our grandchildren would be entertained when they visited. We enjoy walking our shelties around the lake and seeing the geese there. Our grandchildren enjoy fishing on the lake. They’ve never caught any fish, but they’ve caught a turtle! We don’t ever want to move again!
