The Baumblatt Family

We chose The Palisades because it is a new neighborhood where everyone is friendly and the homes are well constructed. We take advantage of the greenway with our dogs and our six-month-old. We have green space behind our home, so we can enjoy some of the advantages of having a large backyard but without the upkeep. There aren’t many places close to North Point Mall where deer come up to your back fence.

The neighborhood is close to everything, but far from everything. It’s in the middle of everything you need to get to, like grocery stores and gas stations, but it’s off the beaten path. Once you get back into the neighborhood, there is no highway noise and no noisy neighbors, yet it is within a few miles of places you want to go.
