Here are a list of some seasonal items for the Spring:

  • Inspect and repair paint on the exterior of your home.
  • Seal out water by inspecting and repairing exterior caulk.
  • Clean out gutters and window sills.
  • Inspect washing machine hot/cold hoses to ensure they are still good.
  • Inspect shake, singles, hand rails, and tile to problems with loose joints
