
At Monte Hewett Homes, our service is just getting started at closing. At the closing on a new home, our homebuyers meet our Closing Coordinator, who serves as a direct contact for future questions, concerns and compliments!
The Closing Coordinator is familiar with every home before closing. She lets homebuyers – now homeowners! – know how to contact her directly for timely service.. She also schedules a 30-day visit between the homeowner and their builder so new homeowners can ask questions, discuss any concerns and take a fresh walk through their home to learn more about its care. When the homeowner's Anniversary Service time arrives and we receive a written list of items (required) prior to the Anniversary date, a customer service representative will walk through the home with the owners.
