
At Monte Hewett Homes, our service is just getting started at closing. At the closing on a new home, our homebuyers meet our Closing Coordinator, who serves as a direct contact for future questions, concerns and compliments!
The Closing Coordinator is familiar with every home before closing. She lets homebuyers – now homeowners! – know how to contact her directly for timely service and reminds them of the list of emergency contacts provided here on our Web site. She also schedules a 30-day visit between the homeowner and their builder so new homeowners can ask questions, discuss any concerns and take a fresh walk through their home to learn more about its care.
After homeowners have been in their homes about nine months, the Closing Coordinator will send a letter reminding them of their upcoming Anniversary Service. When the scheduled time arrives, a customer service representative will walk through the home with the owners.
