We demonstrate this commitment by building homes that are friendlier to the environment, which happens to mean they are healthier and more comfortable for our homeowners, too. Most importantly, the efficiency of  homes built to EarthCraft standards mean buyers can save from 30 to 45 percent on their monthly energy bills.

How do we do it? By meeting or exceeding the requirements of the EarthCraft House and ENERGY STAR programs on many homes. EarthCraft House is a voluntary “green” program that promotes environmental responsibility through a variety of avenues, including waste management, energy savings, site planning and more. ENERGY STAR, the US EPA label you commonly see on energy efficient items in stores, promotes the construction of homes that use energy wisely by their construction and high quality HVAC systems and appliances.
