From GA 400 traveling south: Take NEW Hammond Drive Exit. At traffic light, turn right on Hammond Drive. At second light, turn left on Glenridge Dive. At first light, turn left into Lakeside Commons. We are in Building B, just ahead on your right. Suite 380. 

From GA 400 traveling north: Take Glenridge Connector Exit (the last exit before I-285). At traffic light, turn left on Glenridge Connector. Cross over GA 400, and Johnson Ferry Rd. Go under I-285  and take a right at the 1st light into Lakeside Commons. We are in Building B, just ahead on your right. Suite 380. 

Hawthorne / From the mid $500s 
From Sandy Springs, travel north on GA 400 to Northridge exit. Take exit right and continue over bridge. Turn right on Roswell Rd. Continue north on Roswell Rd. and it will turn into S. Atlanta St. Turn left on Magnolia Rd. and then left onto Coleman Road. Hawthorne is ahead on the left.

Heatherton Manor and Town Homes  / From high $200s to $500s
GA 400 North to exit 7, Holcomb Bridge Road. Go west and take a left onto Dogwood Road. Community is located at the top of the hill on the left. Please call for an appointment and a townhome model tour. Sales Center Open daily.

Vineyards / From the $800s 
From GA 400 traveling North, exit at Northridge Rd. After exit ramp loop, head stright across intersection onto Roberts Rd. At light, turn left on Spaulding Drive and an immediate right onto Dunwoody Club Drive. Look for Grapevine Drive about 1 mile ahead on your left. Turn left into the Vineyards and proceed straight on Grapevine to the homesites on the right.

I-285 to Roswell Road exit. Go north on Roswell Road to Mt. Vernon. Turn right on Mount Vernon. Veer right onto Johnson Ferry Road (Library will be on your left). The community will be ahead about 1/2 mile on the left.

From GA 400 traveling South, exit at Glenridge/Johnson Ferry. Turn left at light onto Glenridge Connector. At next light, turn left on Johnson Ferry Rd.Take the next left onto High Point Road. High Point Manor will be ahead on the right.

Roswell Road south toward Buckhead. Turn right on West Wieuca Rd. Go through stop sign at Lake Forrest Drive. Turn left on Paces Ferry Rd. Turn right on Hillside Drive. Go through stop sign and Hillside at Chastain will be ahead on the left.

From Downtown Decatur: Travel south on South Candler Street crossing over railroad tracks. Continue past Midway Rd. on the left. The Park at Overlook will be ahead at the traffic light, on the left.

From the intersection of N. Highland and Virginia Ave, head south toward Ponce De Leon Ave. Turn right on St. Charles Ave. The homes will be on the left before the street ends at Ponce Place.

From 285: I-75 South to Moores Mill Rd. Turn left off exit, crossing over 75. Turn left on Margaret Mitchell Ct. and right on Westminster Circle. Homesite will be ahead on the right.

West Village - Townhomes and Craftsman-Style Homes / From the mid $200s - $500s
I-285 to S. Atlanta Rd. Exit 16. Go north on S. Atlanta Rd to the 1st light (Pine Street). Turn left. Follow Pine street to roundabout to continue straight down Pine Street. At dead end, take the first left  and look for the Sales Center sign ahead on the left. Sales Center is open daily.
