Your home, your selections, your way

We want your home to express your tastes and personality. During our Selections Process, you'll be introduced to the choices you have for personalizing your home to make it the one you've always dreamed it would be. And while the choices seem limitless, our Design Consultant will present them to you in a systematic way that makes the process manageable and – believe it or not – fun.

If you are building your home from the ground up, you'll meet with our Design Consultant up to three times, with specific goals for each session. We will listen to you as you describe your goals for your home, your likes, your dislikes, then we'll walk you through selections for that stage of the building process. Before you leave, we'll prepare you for your next session and set up another time to meet. The process keeps your home on schedule because it means your builder understands your choices in time to act on them. The process also makes the selection process easier on you, without overwhelming you with a multitude of decisions to make all at one time. You can read more about our Selection Process here.
