Closing Checklist

You're almost there...

The excitement builds as your closing date approaches! Soon you will move into the home of your dreams!

To make this process as smooth as possible, here are a few things to keep in mind and to remember to bring with you to your closing appointment.

It's a good idea to bring these items with you:

• All current contact/phone numbers
• Email address - if updated
• Your driver's license (closing attorney requirement)
• Your calendar for the next 30 days as we will be scheduling your 30 day follow-up meeting
• Your homeowner handbook - if you would like to keep all your documents in one place!

At your closing, you will receive:

• A Certificate of Occupancy
• Termite Bond Letter w/optional information on initiating your pest control system
• Your home's EarthCraft Certificate
• The Design Center Custom Selections for your home
• Contractor Emergency contact phone numbers
• DVD on Maintaining your Hardwood Floors
• Referral Program Information
• 30 Day Service Order
